摘　　要：知识产权战略的不断深入,专利强国目标的不断推进,使得我国在注重专利数量的同时,日益重视专利质量的提升。本文在梳理、分析国内外有关专利质量研究的基础上,界定了专利质量的内涵,并从专利产出的"三阶段"即发明创造、申请、审查过程中涉及的发明人、专利代理人、专利局审查员以及政府"四主体"角度提出影响专利质量的因素,并就此提出专利质量提升路径对策。With the deepening of intellectual property strategy and Continuous promotion of the goal of patent power,It makes our country pay more attention to the quantity of patents and the improvement of patent quality. On the basis of combing and analyzing the research on patent quality at home and abroad, The connotation of patent quality is defined, and the factors affecting patent quality are put forward from the perspective of inventors, patent agents, Patent Office examiners and government " four subjects " involved in the process of patent creation, application and examination,And put forward some countermeasures to improve the patent quality.
