摘　　要：随着信息技术和网络技术的高速发展,我国进入了以大数据为特征的信息化建设新阶段。本文运用SWOT矩阵对高校科研管理信息化的优势、劣势、机遇和威胁进行了深入分析,通过SO-WO-ST-WT的策略组合,探索高校推进科研管理信息化建设的战略规划。With the rapid development of information technology and network technology,China has entered a new stage of information construction characterized by big data.This paper analyzes the strength,weakness,opportunity and threat of scientific research management informatization in universities by SWOT matrix.Through strategy combination of SO-WO-ST-WT,it explores the strategic planning of scientific research management informatization construction in universities.
