摘 要:超声引导穿刺置管技术应用越来越广泛。通常用于放置中心静脉导管,随着超声技术的普及以及超声仪器的推广,超声在桡动脉穿刺置管中的应用越来越多,但是在肥胖患者行减重手术中的应用尚有待进一步研究。肥胖患者桡动脉不易触及,使用传统的触摸法进行桡动脉穿刺置管时,可能出现穿刺时间长及血肿等并发症,本文总结在肥胖患者进行减重手术时,使用实时二维超声引导在桡动脉置管中的应用体会,对麻醉医生在肥胖患者使用超声引导桡动脉穿刺置管提供一定的帮助。The application of ultrasound-guided catheterization is more and more extensive. Ultrasound guidance is usually used to place central venous catheters. With the popularization of ultrasound technology and ultrasonic instruments, ultrasound has been applied more and more in radial artery catheterization. However, the application of ultrasound guided catheterization in obese patients undergoing bariatric surgery has not been reported. The radial artery in obese patients is hard to be touched, and complications such as a long puncture time and hematoma may occur when the radial artery is punctured with traditional palpation method. We summarize the experience of using real-time two-dimensional ultrasound to guide radial artery catheterization in obese patients undergoing bariatric surgery, and provides some help for anesthesiologists to use ultrasound to guide radial artery catheterization in obese patients.
