摘  要:在社交平台上,用户需要适当暴露个人信息以实现社会交往,与此同时将导致一定程度的隐私泄漏。而这种自我呈现不仅仅是对个人私生活信息的分享,还包括分享包含他人私生活及秘密的信息。因此,个体层面的信息隐私在社交媒体时代已不能全面涵盖隐私的内涵。社交平台上的自我呈现应该保证个体层面的信息披露行为不会对拥有共同隐私的他人造成伤害。基于CPM理论,实现有效的共同隐私管理首先需要明确共同隐私边界,其次是制定并遵守协商一致的隐私规则,并在隐私遭到非法侵犯时寻求相关法律救济。On social platforms,individuals need to properly disclose personal information to socialize and share content with other users,while at the same time leading to a lower level of privacy.This kind of self-presentation is not only about sharing personal information,but also sharing of information that relates information of others.Therefore,information privacy at the individual perspective cannot fully cover the notion of privacy in the era of social media.How does self-presentation on social platforms ensure that information disclosure at the individual level does not harm others with collective privacy?Based on CPM theory,we believes that the basic measure to achieve effective collective privacy management is to define collective privacy boundaries.At the same time,it is also feasible to make and comply with agreed-upon privacy rules,and to seek the related legal relief when privacy is violated.
