摘　　要：政府投资是指在中国境内使用预算安排的资金进行固定资产投资建设活动,包括新建、扩建、改建、技术改造等。它作为国家直接干预经济的手段之一,关乎着社会经济的发展和公共利益,因此保障其决策的科学性与合理性就变得至关重要。当前政府投资决策机制存在着问责追究和监督力度不够、决策权配置不合理等问题,已经严重影响到政府投资效率和决策权的科学行使。为了减少政府投资的决策失误,要提高政府投资决策水平,重新审视并完善现行决策机制,方能保证投资决策机制的平稳运行以及实现政府投资效益最大化。Government investment refers to the use of budgetary arrangements in China for fixed asset investment and construction activities,including new,expansion,alteration,technological transformation and so on.As one of the means of direct state intervention in economy,it is related to the economic development and public interests of the society,so it is very important to guarantee the science and rationality of its decision-making.At present,there are some problems in government investment decision-making mechanism,such as insufficient accountability and supervision,unreasonable allocation of decision-making power,etc.,which have seriously affected the scientific exercise of government investment efficiency and decision-making power.In order to reduce the decision-making mistakes of government investment,we should improve the level of government investment decision-making,re-examine and improve the current decision-making mechanism,so as to ensure the smooth operation of investment decision-making mechanism and maximize the efficiency of government investment.
