桑白皮汤治疗泪液分泌不足型干眼症临床分析

摘　　要：目的:观察桑白皮汤治疗泪液分泌不足型干眼症的效果。方法:80例分为两组各40例,参照组用西药治疗,研究组用桑白皮汤治疗。结果:研究组总有效率高于参照组(P<0.05),研究组不良反应率低于参照组(P<0.05)。结论:桑白皮汤治疗泪液分泌不足型干眼症疗效较好。Objective:To observe the effect of Sangbaipi Decoction in the treatment of dry eye syndrome with insufficient secretion of tears.Method:80 cases were divided into 2 groups randomly,40 groups in each group.The reference group were treated with western medicine while the study group were treated with Sangbaipi Decoction.Result:The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the reference group(P<0.05).The clinical adverse reaction of the study group was lower than that of the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Sangbaipi Decoction is effective in treating dry eye syndrome with insufficient secretion of tears.
