四君子汤治疗老年性白内障脾气虚弱型临床分析

摘　　要：目的:观察四君子汤治疗老年性白内障脾气虚弱型的效果。方法:60例(120眼)按随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组各30例(60眼),对照组用吡诺克辛钠滴眼液点眼,研究组用四君子汤口服。结果:视力和晶状体混浊程度比较,研究组提高1个等级率高于对照组(P<0.05),研究组加重1个等级和混浊不变率少于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:四君子汤治疗老年性白内障脾气虚弱型能矫正视力,减少晶状体混浊程度和改善中医症候。Objective:To observe and analyze the clinical effect of Sijunzi Decoction on senile cataract patients with Spleen-Qi asthenia. Method:120 eyes of 60 patients were divided into control group and study group according to random number method, 30 cases(60 eyes) in each group. The control group were treated with pinococcin sodium eye drops while the study group were treated with Sijunzi Decoction by oral administration. Result: Comparing the changes of visual acuity and lens turbidity before and after treatment in the two groups,the number of cases of improving one grade in the study group was more than that in the control group(P<0.05)and the number of cases of aggravating one grade and invariable cases of turbidity in the study group was less than that in the control group(P<0.05). The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Sijunzi Decoction could effectively correct vision,reduce the opacity of lens and improve the symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of senile cataract patients with Spleen-Qi asthenia.
