摘　　要：介绍了一种利用读数显微镜直接测量发丝各项数据的实验方法,并计算了发丝的杨氏弹性模量.读数显微镜测量精度高,间接测量数据较为精确,能够有效减少数据收集所产生的误差.分析了数据误差的可能因素及实验的改进意见.Introduces an experimental method of using reading microscope to directly measure various data of hair,and calculates the Young′s modulus of hair.The reading microscope has high measurement accuracy,and the indirect measurement data is more accurate,which can effectively reduce the error caused by data collection.Analysis of possible factors of data error and experimental improvements.
