中医体质与恶性肿瘤防治的关系

摘　　要：恶性肿瘤目前已经成为威胁人类健康、引起死亡的主要疾病。如何预防及治疗肿瘤疾病是人类当前共同面对的难题。而体质与恶性肿瘤的发生、发展,以及预后关系密切。因此,肿瘤疾病的防治同样需要中医体质学说的参与,中医体质的辨识对恶性肿瘤的预防、治疗及康复具有重要意义。本文重点阐述了肿瘤疾病与偏颇体质的关系,以及如何应用中医药的方法来调节、改善中医体质,使之趋于平和质。和平质不但有利于肿瘤疾病的预防,而且对于肿瘤疾病的康复,以及减少化疗副作用方面都具有一定的作用,值得临床进一步研究。Malignant tumor has now become the main disease that threatens human health and causes death. How to prevent and treat cancer disease is a common problem faced by human beings. The constitution is closely related to the occurrence, development, and prognosis of malignant tumor. Therefore, the prevention and treatment of tumor disease also needs the participation of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) constitutional theory. The identification of TCM constitution has great significance for the prevention, treatment and rehabilitation of malignant tumor. This article focuses on the relationship between tumor disease and lopsided-constitution, and how to apply TCM to regulate and improve TCM constitution, so that it tends to be normal-constitution. Normal-constitution is not only beneficial to the prevention of tumor diseases, but also has a certain effect on the rehabilitation of tumor diseases as well as reduce the side effects of chemotherapy. It is worthy of further clinical research.
