摘　　要：目的:解决医疗设备维修决策盲目化、主观性的问题,准确划分业务流,实现维修效益的提高。方法:利用三维决策空间模型,以维修外包环境成熟度、设备重要性、维修业务的层次和故障的复杂程度构建立体条件区域,从而分类形成不同的维修策略。结果:提出了不同区域内设备的维修方式选择策略,能更客观、方便地根据维修需求选取较为合理的维修方式。结论:三维决策空间能有效划分繁杂的维修业务,为医学工程科提供针对性的决策辅助,进一步提升医疗设备维修的综合效益和服务质量。Objective To solve the problems in blindness and subjective decision making of medical equipment maintenance,accurately divide the business flow and improve the maintenance efficiency.Methods By using the three-dimensional decision space model,the three-dimensional condition areas were constructed based on the maturity of maintenance outsourcing environment,the importance of equipment,the level of maintenance business and the complexity of failure,so that different maintenance strategies could be established.Results The maintenance strategies of equipment in different areas were put forward,and proper maintenance mode could be selected according to different requirements.Conclusion The 3D decision space can effectively divide the complicated maintenance business,provide targeted decision-making assistance for medical engineering department,and further improve the comprehensive benefits and service quality of equipment maintenance.
