摘　　要：探讨了方舱医院卫生帐篷在野外环境下执行灾害救援和卫勤保障任务中出现野外环境和气候复杂、帐篷内诊疗环境易受到污染,结构简单、感染控制设备及消毒方式落后,缺乏感染控制规范,人员感控意识不强且培训不足4个方面的感染控制难点,提出了选择有利地形搭建卫生帐篷,改进和增加感染控制设备,制定针对性的感染控制规定、专人负责感染控制工作,加强培训、提高感控意识等建议,从而在野外环境下最大限度地提高感染预防和控制效率,确保救治质量和伤病员安全。The medical tents of the shelter hospital had the difficulties during disaster relief and medical support discussed from the aspects of internal infection vulnerability due to complications of field environment and climax,deficiencies in structure,infection control device and disinfection mode,infection control specification as well as personnel awareness and training.Some countermeasures were put forward from the aspects of executing site selection,improving infection control equipment,establishing infection control specifications,appointing specialized infection control personnel and etc so that infection prevention and control could be realized in field conditions to ensure medical service and casualty safety.
