摘　　要：天津市第三中心医院通过对高值医用耗材的详细定义,组建专门的部门对高值医用耗材进行梳理,总结出传统的高值医用耗材管理模式存在的问题,统一了各个科室对高值医用耗材的名称,利用先进的信息管理系统完善了高值耗材管理流程,达到了对高值医用耗材规范化管理的目的。Through defining high-value medical consumables in details, The Third Central Hospital of Tianjin has set up an department to sort out high-value medical consumables. This paper summarizes the problems in the traditional management of high-value medical consumables, and unifies the titles of high-value medical consumables in each department. The management process of high-value medical consumables have been improved based on the latest information management system, achieving the purpose of standardized management for the high-value medical consumables.
