中医住院医师规范化培训对中医临床专业型硕士培养的机制探索与发展思考

摘　　要：住院医师规范化培训已成为我国专业型医学硕士研究生的主导培养模式。为配合国家针对这一新模式建立的政策和相关制度,黑龙江中医药大学附属第一医院(以下简称“我院”)制订了相应管理制度和培养模式,在满足国家需要的同时,也突出了我院专业型硕士研究生的培养特色。本文主要从制度建设、培养方式、临床教学等方面探讨我院针对专业型硕士研究生的住院医师规范化培训的培养特色,并基于住院医师规范化培训对专业型硕士培养进行思考,为专业型硕士研究生的培养提供新思路。Standardized training of resident doctors has become the leading training mode of professional medical postgraduate in China.The First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine(hereinafter referred to as"our hospital")has formulated the corresponding management system and training mode in order to cooperate with the policies and relevant systems established by the state for this new mode,which not only meets the needs of the state,but also highlights the training characteristics of professional postgraduate students in our hospital.This paper mainly discusses the characteristics of standardized training of resident doctors for professional master′s degree students in our hospital from the aspects of system construction,training methods and clinical teaching.Based on the standardized training of resident doctors,the author thinks about the training of professional master′s degree and provides new ideas for the training of professional master′s degree students.
