不同西药对慢性湿疹的治疗效果研究

摘　　要：目的:比较曲安奈德尿素软膏与复方氟米松软膏治疗慢性湿疹的疗效。方法:2017年9月-2018年9月收治慢性湿疹患者76例,随机分为两组各38例,对照组采用曲安奈德尿素软膏治疗,观察组采用复方氟米松软膏治疗。比较两组有效性、治疗前后瘙痒指数与EASI评分。结果:两组治疗前瘙痒指数与EASI评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组治疗1个月后瘙痒指数与EASI评分均优于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在慢性湿疹的治疗中,复方氟米松软膏的效果更佳,不仅安全性好,而且起效快,适于广泛推广和应用。Objective:To compare the effect of triamcinolone acetonide urea ointment and compound flumisone ointment in the treatment of chronic eczema.Methods:76 patients with chronic eczema were treated from September 2017 to September 2018,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 38 cases in each group.The control group was treated with triamcinolone acetonide urea ointment and the treatment group was treated with compound flumisone ointment.The efficacy,pruritus index and EASI index before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:There was no significant difference between the two groups in pruritus index and easi score before treatment(P>0.05).After one month of treatment,the above scores of the two groups were better than before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group was better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of chronic eczema,the compound flumetasone ointment has better effect,it is not only safe,but also onset quickly,which is suitable for wide application.
