消心痛联合复方丹参滴丸治疗稳定型心绞痛的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨消心痛联合复方丹参滴丸治疗稳定型心绞痛的临床效果。方法:收治稳定型心绞痛患者60例,随机分为两组各30例。试验组口服消心痛联合复方丹参滴丸治疗,对照组口服消心痛治疗。观察比较两组临床治疗效果与心电图改善情况。结果:试验组治疗后临床总有效率及心电图改善情况明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:消心痛联合复方丹参滴丸治疗稳定型心绞痛可显著改善患者临床症状,优于单独口服消心痛,值得临床推广应用。Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of isosorbide dinitrate combined with compound Danshen dropping pills in the treatment of stable angina pectoris.Methods:60 cases of angina pectoris were selected,they were randomly divided into two groups with 30 cases each.Treatment of experimental group with isosorbide dinitrate combined with compound salvia miltiorrhiza dropping pills;Control group treated with isosorbide dinitrate by oral administration.After 1 course of 4 weeks,observed and compared the clinical treatment effect and electrocardiogram improvement between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the experimental group after treatment was higher than the control group,the total effective rate of ECG improvement in the experimental group was significantly higher than the control group,the difference was statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of stable angina pectoris with isosorbide dinitrate combined with compound Danshen dropping pills can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of the patients,which is superior to oral isosorbide dinitrate alone,and is worthy of clinical application.
