摘　　要：目的:探讨传统切开挂线治疗术与切开挂线对口引流术治疗高位复杂性肛瘘的疗效。方法:2016年1月-2018年12月收治高位复杂性肛瘘患者100例,按照不同手术方案分为两组各50例。试验组采取切开挂线对口引流术治疗,对照组采取传统切开挂线术治疗。对比两组治疗效果、各项临床指标水平和并发症情况。结果:试验组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,创面愈合时间和住院时间明显短于对照组,医疗成本、并发症发生率明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:高位复杂性肛瘘患者接受切开挂线对口引流术治疗,效果更加理想,且患者术后恢复速度更快,治疗安全性更高,因而具有更高的推广和应用价值。Objective:To explore the curative effect of traditional incision and thread hanging therapy and incision and thread hanging drainage in the treatment of high complex anal fistula.Methods:From January 2016 to December 2018,100 patients with high complex anal fistula were selected,and they were divided into two groups with 50 cases in each group according to different surgical schemes.The experimental group was treated with incision and thread hanging drainage,the control group was treated with traditional incision and thread hanging therapy,we compared the treatment effect,the level of indicators and complications of the two groups.Results:In the experimental group,the total effective rate was significantly higher than that in the control group,the time of wound healing and hospitalization was significantly shorter than that of the control group,the medical cost was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the incidence of complications was significantly lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The curative effect of incision and thread hanging drainage in the treatment of high complex anal fistula was more ideal,moreover,the recovery speed of patients was faster,and the treatment safety was higher,so it had higher promotion and application value.
