徒手心肺复苏和心肺复苏机在急诊科中的价值对比研究

摘　　要：目的:比较徒手心肺复苏和心肺复苏机在急诊科中的应用效果。方法:2017年1月-2018年12月收治心脏骤停患者130例,分为两组各65例。观察组接受心肺复苏机复苏,对照组接受徒手心肺复苏。比较两组患者心肺复苏成功率、心肺复苏效果以及心肺复苏相关并发症发生情况。结果:观察组患者心肺复苏成功率、心肺复苏效果均高于对照组,相关并发症总发生率均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:心肺复苏机救治心脏骤停效果和安全性均优于徒手心肺复苏,值得临床推荐。Objective:To compare the application effect of cardiopulmonary resuscitation with bare hands and cardiopulmonary resuscitation machine in emergency department.Methods:From January 2017 to December 2018,130 patients with cardiac arrest were selected and divided into two groups of 65 cases in each.The observation group received cardiopulmonary resuscitation by cardiopulmonary resuscitation machine,the control group received cardiopulmonary resuscitation with bare hands.We compared the success rate,effect and complications of CPR between the two groups.Results:In the observation group,the success rate and effect of CPR were higher than those in the control group,the total incidence of related complications was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effectiveness and safety of cardiopulmonary resuscitation machine was superior to cardiopulmonary resuscitation with bare hands in the treatment of cardiac arrest,it was worthy of clinical recommendation.
