“培土生金”理论穴位埋线治疗胃源性哮喘的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察"培土生金"理论穴位埋线治疗胃源性哮喘的临床疗效。方法:2019年3-8月收治胃源性哮喘患者62例,随机数字表法分为两组各31例。对照组给予抗炎、吸氧及对症支持等常规治疗,治疗组给予"培土生金"理论穴位埋线结合常规治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后症状体征、肺功能及临床愈显率、总有效率。结果:治疗组愈显率、总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者症状体征及肺功能较治疗前均有明显改善,且治疗组改善更显著,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:运用"培土生金"理论穴位埋线结合常规治疗,可明显改善胃源性哮喘患者的临床症状和肺功能,提高患者生活质量,值得临床推广应用。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of point embedding therapy based on"reinforcing earth to generate metal"theory in the treatment of gastric asthma.Methods:62 patients with gastric asthma were selected from March to August 2019,they were divided into the two groups with 31 cases in each group by random number table method.The control group was given routine treatment such as anti-inflammatory,oxygen absorption and supportive treatment.The treatment group was treated with point embedding therapy based on"reinforcing earth to generate metal"theory combined with routine treatment.We compared the symptoms and signs,lung function,clinical recovery rate and total efficiency of the two groups of patients before and after treatment.Results:The recovery rate and total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The symptoms and signs and lung function in both groups were significantly improved compared to pre-treatment,and the improvement of the treatment group was more significant,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Using point embedding therapy based on"reinforcing earth to generate metal"theory combined with routine treatment can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and lung function of patients with gastric asthma,and improve the quality of life of patients,which is worthy of clinical application.
