摘　　要：目的:观察穴位埋线结合药物治疗急性痛风性关节炎的临床疗效。方法:2019年2月-2019年7月收治急性痛风性关节炎患者62例,随机分为两组各31例。对照组给予口服秋水仙碱片治疗,治疗组采取穴位埋线结合药物治疗,药物治疗与对照组相同,埋线每5 d治疗1次,连续治疗2次为1个疗程,共治疗2个疗程。比较两组疗效。结果:治疗组愈显率、总有效率及血清UA、CRP改善水平均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:与单纯药物治疗对比,穴位埋线结合药物治疗急性痛风性关节炎患者的效果更明显,能有效改善血清UA、CRP水平,值得临床应用推广。Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of acupoint catgut embedding combined with medicine in the treatment of acute gouty arthritis and its effect on the improvement of serum UA and CRP levels.Methods:62 patients with acute gouty arthritis were selected from February 2019 to July 2019,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 31 cases in each group.The control group was treated with colchicine tablet,while the treatment group was treated with acupoint catgut embedding combined with medicine.Acupoint selection:Yinqi guiyuan(zhongwan,xiawan,qihai,guanyuan),Fusiguan(wailing,huaroumen),shuifen,daheng,shuidao,yinlingquan.The embedding line was treated once every 5 days,and the treatment was performed twice for 1 course.A total of 2 courses were performed.The oral drug was the same as the control group.We compared the effect of the two groups.Results:The treatment rate and total effective rate,serum UA,CRP improvement level in the treatment group were better than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with drug therapy alone,catgut embedding at acupoint combined with drug therapy is more effective in the treatment of acute gouty arthritis,which can effectively improve the level of serum UA and CRP,and is worthy of clinical application.
