摘  要:为了研究滤层结构和滤速对纤维过滤器过滤效果的影响,针对不同工况,运用计算流体动力学软件Fluent中的多孔介质模型对纤维过滤器滤层的边界条件和计算参数进行设置,对过滤器内部压力场和速度场进行数值模拟,对计算结果进行分析与讨论。以圆柱形滤层结构为研究对象,详细分析半径、厚度及滤速对过滤器内部流场的影响规律。结果表明,压力损失随滤速和厚度的增大而增大,近似呈线性关系;滤层上部滤速稳定,中下部速度波动大,半径对滤层压力损失和速度的影响较小。In order to study the effect of filter layer structure and filtration rate on the filtration efficiency of fiber filter, according to different operating conditions, the boundary conditions and calculation parameters of the fiber filter layers are set up by the porous medium model in CFD software Fluent. The pressure and velocity fields inside the fiber filter are simulated numerically. The calculation results are analyzed and discussed. The cylindrical filter layer is taken as the research object, the influence of radius, thickness and filtration rate on the flow field inside the filter is analyzed in detail. The results show that the pressure loss increases with the filtration rate and thickness, the approximation is linear. The upper filtration rate is stable, the middle and lower fluctuate greatly, and the radius has little effect on the pressure loss and filtration rate.
