摘　　要：目的探讨扩张型心肌病采用曲美他嗪治疗对患者的心率震荡是否产生影响。方法选择2018年3月~2019年4月在本院进行扩张型心肌病治疗的患者60例,随机分成对照组30例和观察组30例,对照组采用常规强心药、利尿药和扩血管药物治疗模式,观察组在常规治疗基础上采用曲美他嗪药物治疗模式,两组患者在服药治疗前和治疗后3个月进行检测,对震荡初始(TO)和震荡斜率(TS)进行比较,对心功能指标左室射血分数(LVEF),左室收缩末径(LVDs)进行比较。结果观察组患者治疗后TO为(1.034±0.001)%,TS为(6.571±0.164)mm/RR,TO和TS较治疗前均有所改善,对照组仅治疗后TO为(1.053±0.003)%,较治疗前有所改善。两组组间比较,观察组患者TO优于对照组。治疗后观察组与对照组LVEF分别为(52.431±7.823)%,(45.214±6.821)%;均较治疗前有所提高,其中观察组患者较对照组改善更明显,观察组与对照组LVDs分别为(45.603±8.154)mm,(50.204±9.313)mm;均较治疗前有所降低,其中观察组患者较对照组减少更明显。结论扩张型心肌病患者采用曲美他嗪治疗方式,患者的心率震荡不断提升,心功能有所提高,值得在临床治疗进行推广。Objective To investigate whether trimetazidine has an effect on the heart rate turbulence of patients with dilated cardiomyopathy. Methods Sixty patients with dilated cardiomyopathy treated in our hospital from March 2018 to April 2019 were randomly divided into the control group(n=30) and the observation group(n=30). The control group was treated with conventional cardiotonic drugs, diuretics and vasodilators and the observation group was treated with trimetazidine on the basis of conventional treatment. The two groups of patients were tested before the medication treatment and 3 months after the treatment. The initial turbulence(TO) and the turbulence slope(TS) were compared as well as the left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF) and left ventricular end systolic diameter(LVDs). Results In the observation group, TO was(1.034±0.001)% and TS was(6.571±0.164)mm/RR after the treatment, and both T0 and TS were im proved compared with those before the treatment. In the control group, TO was(1.053±0.003)% after the treatment,which was better than that before the treatment. Between-group comparison showed that the T0 in the observation group was superior to that in the control group. After the treatment, the LVEF in the observation group and the control group were(52.431±7.823)% and(45.214±6.821)%, respectively, both of which were improved compared with those before the treatment, and the improvement in the observation group was more obvious than that in the control group. After the treatment, the LVDs in the observation group and the control group were(45.603±8.154)mm and(50.204±9.313)mm,respectively, both of which were decreased compared to those before the treatment, and the decrease in the observation group was more obvious than that in the control group. Conclusion In the treatment of dilated cardiomyopathy with trimetazidine, the heart rate turbulence of patients continues to improve and the cardiac function enhances, thereby worthy of promotion in clinical treatment.
