摘　　要：目的探讨骨性关节炎患者生物标志物透明质酸(HA)、软骨寡聚基质蛋白(COMP)、基质金属蛋白酶3(MMP-3)水平的变化及意义。方法随机选取2016年1月~2019年1月我院收治的40例骨性关节炎患者作为观察组,选取同期在我院进行体检的40例健康人群作为对照组,分别检测两组的HA、COMP、MMP-3水平。比较两组的HA、COMP、MMP-3水平,并根据观察组患者的关节软骨分型,比较轻、中、重型患者的HA、COMP、MMP-3水平。结果观察组的HA、COMP、MMP-3水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组轻、中、重型患者的HA、COMP、MMP-3水平比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);重型患者的HA、COMP、MMP-3水平高于中、轻型,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);中型患者的HA、COMP、MMP-3水平高于轻型,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在骨性关节炎患者中,生物标志物HA、COMP、MMP-3的水平升高,且随着病情的加重而逐渐增加,在骨性关节炎患者的早期诊断中具有一定的参考价值。Objective To explore the changes and significance of biomarkers hyaluronic acid(HA),cartilage oligomeric matrix protein(COMP)and matrix metalloproteinase-3(MMP-3)in patients with osteoarthritis.Methods A total of 40 patients with osteoarthritis admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to January 2019 were randomly selected as the observation group,40 cases of healthy persons who underwent physical examination in our hospital during the same period were selected as the control group.The levels of HA,COMP and MMP-3 in the two groups were detected,respectively.The levels of HA,COMP and MMP-3 were compared between the two groups.The HA,COMP and MMP-3 levels of light,medium and heavy patients were compared according to the articular cartilage classification of the patients in the observation group.Results The levels of HA,COMP and MMP-3 in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were significant differences in HA,COMP and MMP-3 levels among light,moderate and severe patients in the observation group(P<0.05).The levels of HA,COMP and MMP-3 in severe patients were higher than those in moderate and light patients,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of HA,COMP and MMP-3 in medium-sized patients were higher than those in light-sized patients,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In patients with osteoarthritis,the levels of biomarkers HA,COMP and MMP-3 increase and gradually increase with the aggravation of the disease,which has certain reference value in the early diagnosis of patients with osteoarthritis.
