锝[99Tc]亚甲基二膦酸盐注射液治疗绝经后骨质疏松症患者的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探究锝[99Tc]亚甲基二膦酸盐注射液治疗绝经后骨质疏松症患者的临床效果。方法选取2017年10月~2019年1月本院收治的78例绝经后的骨质疏松症患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为治疗组(40例)和对照组(38例)。对照组患者采用常规方法治疗,治疗组患者在对照组的基础上静脉滴注锝[99Tc]亚甲基二膦酸盐注射治疗。比较两组患者的临床效果、治疗前后骨密度。结果治疗前,两组患者的骨密度值比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗半年后,治疗组患者的骨密度值高于治疗前,对照组患者的骨密度值低于治疗前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组患者治疗半年后的骨密度值高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组患者的治疗总有效率为92.50%,高于对照组的42.10%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论锝[99Tc]亚甲基二膦酸盐注射液联合常规方法治疗绝经后骨质疏松症患者的效果显著,具有很重要的临床使用价值。Objective To explore the clinical effect of Technetium[99Tc]Methylenedigluconate Injection on postmenopausal osteoporosis patient.Methods Seventy-eight postmenopausal osteoporosis patients admitted to our hospital from October 2017 to January 2019 were selected as research objects and divided into treatment group(40 cases)and control group(38 cases)according to the random number table method.Patients in the control group were treated with conventional therapy,while patients in the treatment group were treated with Technetium[99Tc]Methylenediphosphonate Injection intravenously on the basis of the control group.The clinical effects and bone mineral density before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in bone mineral density between the two groups(P>0.05).After half a year of treatment,the bone mineral density of the patients in the treatment group was higher than that before treatment,while that of the patients in the control group was lower than that before treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The bone mineral density of the patients in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group after half a year of treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of patients in the treatment group was 92.50%,which was higher than 42.10% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Technetium[99Tc]Methylenediphosphonate Injection combined with conventional treatment method has remarkable curative effect on postmenopausal osteoporosis patients,and has very important clinical application value.
