摘　　要：目的探讨维生素D联合曲普瑞林治疗性早熟女童的效果。方法选取2016年5月~2017年8月在东莞市妇幼保健院进行治疗的96例性早熟女童作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,每组各48例。对照组患儿采取曲普瑞林进行治疗,研究组患儿在对照组的基础上结合维生素D进行治疗。比较两组患儿的治疗效果、骨龄/实际年龄(BA/CA)、卵巢容积与子宫容积、血清性激素水平及各项生化指标。结果研究组患儿的治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患儿治疗后各个时间点的BA/CA均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患儿的卵巢容积与子宫容积低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患儿治疗后的血清性激素雌二醇(E2)、黄体生成素(LH)和卵泡生成素(FSH)水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患儿治疗后的碱性磷酸酶(ALP)、骨钙素、骨碱性磷酸酶(BALP)均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论维生素D联合曲普瑞林应用于性早熟女童的治疗中,可取得理想的效果,有效减缓患儿的骨龄增长速度和性器官的成熟,贴近患儿的实际年龄,改善患儿体内的各项生化指标和血清性激素的水平,有利于维护患儿的身心健康,保障患儿的生活质量,值得进一步在临床治疗中推广。Objective To investigate the effect of Vitamin D combined with Triptorelin on girls with precocious puberty.Methods Ninety-six cases of precocious puberty girls who were treated in Dongguan Maternal and Child Health Hospital from May 2016 to August 2017 were selected as the subjects,and divided into the control group and the study group by random number table method,with 48 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Triptorelin.The study group was treated with Vitamin D on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects,bone age/actual age(BA/CA),ovarian volume and uterine volume,serum hormone levels,and various biochemical indicators were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The BA/CA values of the study group were lower than those of the control group at each time point after treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The ovarian volume and uterine volume of the study group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The serum sex hormone levels of estradiol(E2),luteinizing hormone(LH)and follicle stimulating hormone(FSH)in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The alkaline phosphatase(ALP),osteocalcin and bone alkaline phosphatase(BALP)in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Vitamin D combined with Triptorelin has achieved ideal therapeutic effect in the treatment of precocious puberty girls,effectively slowed the growth of bone age and the maturity of sexual organs,close to the actual age of children,and improved the body of children.Biochemical indicators and serum hormone levels are conducive to maintain the children′physical and mental health,ensure the quality of life of patien
