摘　　要：目的探讨围术期综合护理干预在经尿道输尿管镜钬激光碎石术中的应用效果。方法选取2018年8月~2019年5月我院收治的100例输尿管结石患者作为研究对象,根据入院先后顺序分为观察组和对照组,每组各50例。观察组采用围术期综合护理,对照组采用常规护理。比较两组取石成功率、并发症发生率,并统计两组的手术时间、肛门排气时间及术后住院时间。结果观察组一次取石成功率高于对照组,肛门排气时间、术后住院时间短于对照组,并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组的手术时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论输尿管结石在经尿道输尿管镜钬激光治疗中,进行围术期的综合护理干预,能提高手术效果,降低并发症发生率。Objective To investigate the effect of perioperative comprehensive nursing intervention in transurethral ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy.Methods One hundred patients with ureteral calculi admitted to our hospital from August 2018 to May 2019 were enrolled.The patients were divided into observation group and control group according to the sequence of admission items,50 cases in each group.Patients in the observation group were treated with perioperative comprehensive nursing,and the control group was received routine nursing.The success rate of stones and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.The operation time,anal exhaust time and postoperative hospital stay were compared.Results The success rate of one stone removal was higher in the observation group than that in the control group,the anus exhaust time and postoperative hospital stay were shorter than those of the control group,and the total complication rate was lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the operation time between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Ureteral calculi in the treatment of transurethral ureteroscopic holmium laser,perioperative comprehensive nursing intervention can improve the surgical effect and reduce the incidence of complications.
