地方高校推进新型职业农民培养的策略研究

摘　　要：全面解决"三农"问题,提升农民的综合素质是核心,新型职业农民的示范和引领作用尤为重要。如何保障新型职业农民的数量和质量是新农村建设研究领域的一项重要课题。而地方高校承担着为地方经济发展输送专业技术人才的职责,应通过调整学科布局和专业设置,主动承担起新型职业农民培养的重要任务。地方高校在新型职业农民培养中具有人才与技术优势,应制定新型职业农民培养目标和培养方案,根据培养对象的文化基础因材施教,加大教师队伍和教学资源建设力度,引导毕业生自主扎根"三农"工作。As new professional farmers play a demonstrative and leading role in solving the problems concerning agriculture,countryside and farmers and improving farmers ’ comprehensive qualities,it is of great necessity to maintain the number and quality of the group in new rural construction. Owing to the advantages in talent and technology in training new professional farmers,local universities,responsible for offering professionals to local economy,should adjust their disciplines and educational programs,design specific teaching plans, strengthen the construction of teaching team and teaching resources, offer instructions according to the educational background of trainees and guide them to participated in the solution of the problems concerning agriculture,countryside and farmers.
