摘　　要：中苏(俄)关系自新中国成立已走过70年,双方在政治关系上几经变换,最终在国际形势的影响下形成紧密联系。无论在哪一时期,双方关系的变化都会牵动世界,改变国际关系的格局。中俄双方应在“三不”原则下,摒弃疑虑,促进经济合作,推动双方关系健康发展。The Sino-Soviet(Russian)relationship has gone through 70 years since the founding of the People’s Republic of China.The two sides have undergone several changes in political relations and eventually formed a close relationship under the influence of the international situation.No matter in what period of time,changes in the relationship between the two sides will affect the world and change the pattern of international relations.Under the“three-don’ts”principle,China and Russia should abandon their doubts,promote economic cooperation,and promote the healthy development of bilateral relations.
