摘　　要：晚清时期,图们江北涌入大批朝鲜流民。有些学术著作提到,光绪十五年冬天,朝鲜国王曾照会清政府要求刷还(召回)越界流民,但遭到清政府的拒绝。这种说法显然是受了王彦威、王亮改删和错编的一份奏折的误导,并不符合历史事实。In the late Qing Dynasty,a large number of Korean refugees poured into the north of the Tumen River.Some academic works mention that,in the winter of the 15th year of Guangxu,the King of Korea presented a note that the Qing government requested repatriate the transboundary refugees,but was rejected by the Qing government.This statement is obviously misled by a memorial which is misedited by Wang Yanwei and Wang Liang.It does not conform to the historical facts.
