洪武时期都督府与中书省、兵部关系探究

摘　　要：明代都督府作为国家法定的中央军事领导机构,在有明一代,特别是在明代初期发挥了巨大效用。明代都督府与中书省、兵部关系,以洪武一朝为例,都督府与中书省在洪武三年前以中书省为主,将领任职、军务管理集于此。洪武三年后,职权转归大督都府,但受兵部的牵制。但在明朝五军督都府是掌管军事的主要机构。As a statutory central military leading organization,Military Government of Ming Dynasty played a great role in the Ming Dynasty,especially in the early Ming Dynasty.This paper,by taking Hongwu Period as an example,explores the relationship in between the Military Government of the Ming Dynasty and Central Department and Ministry of Military Affairs:during the first three years of Hongwu Period,Central Department had military power and was responsible of generals’appointment and military management;in the following years,the authority was transferred to Military Government,who was still under the control Ministry of Military Affairs,However,in the Ming dynasty,Five Military Government was the main organ in charge of military affairs.
