摘 要:针对航天器舱内安装板上设备控温需求,提出利用有约束条件下离散系统最优控制问题的数学模型,借助有限差分软件Thermal Desktop,并进行二次开发对安装板厚度和设备布局方案进行自动寻优仿真,通过计算安装板厚度、设备布局位置对设备温度的影响,得到满足设备温度、安装板质量等参数综合最优的设备布局方案,不仅节省了航天器上热控系统资源,同时较大程度地提高了可靠性。In order to satisfy the temperature control requirements for the electronic equipments on the installation board of a spacecraft,a mathematical model of the optimal control problem of discrete system under constrained conditions is proposed.The thickness of the installation board and the equipment layout are carried out with the finite difference software Thermal Desktop and secondary development.The optimum solution that satisfies the equipment temperature and the quality of the installation board is obtained,by calculating the influence between the thickness of the board,the equipment layout and the equipment temperature.The solution not only saves the thermal control system resources,but also greatly improves the system reliability.
