摘 要:矿山项目环境影响评价中本底调查工作,是判断矿业活动对地质环境扰动的起始参考值,是建设绿色矿山的基础。本文在综述本底定义、调查目的和意义的基础上,对不同国家本底调查内容差异进行了对比研究,并指出了当前我国制定矿产资源勘查开发本底调查工作的必要性。Baseline investigation in environmental impact assessment of mining projects is the initial reference value for judging the geological environment disturbance caused by mining activities and the basis for building green mines.On the basis of summarizing the definition,purpose and significance of baseline investigation,this paper makes a comparative study on the differences of investigation contents in different countries,and also points out the necessity of establishing geological environment background investigation for mineral resources exploration and development in China.
