摘 要:现有起重机轮压的测试方法主要有顶升法和应变法两大类,两者费时费力,且很难准确测试每个车轮的精度.本文针对以上问题提出了一种方便、高效且精度高的起重机轮压测试方法.基于轮辐式传感器设计了一种简单实用的轮压传感器,将设计和加工后的传感器放在拉力机上进行了标定,传感器表现出较好的线性,同时也验证了传感器弹性元件满足强度要求,并且将该传感器进行现场测试,通过测试验证轮压传感器的可行性,并总结了轮压测试的方法,此方法不需要动用大量的人工和计算,可以精确地对每个车轮的压力进行测试,且在现场完成了起重机轮压的测试,测试结果并和起重机的设计文件进行了对比.There are two main testing methods for crane wheel pressure,jacking method and strain method.Both of them are time-consuming and laborious,and it is difficult to accurately test the accuracy of each wheel.In this paper,a convenient,efficient and high-precision testing method for crane wheel pressure is proposed.Based on spoke sensor,a simple and practical wheel pressure sensor is designed,which will be designed and processed.Calibrated on the tension machine,the sensor shows good linearity,and also verifies that the elastic components of the sensor meet the strength requirements.The sensor is tested in the field.The feasibility of the wheel pressure sensor is verified by the test,and the method of wheel pressure measurement is summarized.This method does not need a lot of manual work and calculation,and can accurately measure the pressure of each wheel.The test was carried out and the wheel pressure of the crane was tested on site.The test results were compared with the design documents of the crane.
