具有非标准相位差的小型矩形贴片耦合器的设计

摘　　要：本文提出了一种具有非标准相位差的小型矩形贴片3dB耦合器.该耦合器通过在矩形贴片上蚀刻水平和竖直两组弯折槽,并在耦合器的两个端口处增加LC匹配网络,实现了小型化和非标准相位差.结果表明,当电容为0.3pF,电感为0.6nH时,耦合器在4.5GHz具有良好的隔离度,输出端口相位差为45°,1dB幅度不平衡带宽为18%,45°±5°相对带宽为20%.当电感在0.2~1nH范围内变化时,耦合器的输出端相位差变化范围是26°~57°.耦合器的尺寸为8×5.5×0.635mm3.In this paper,a small rectangular patch 3 dB coupler with a non-standard phase difference is presented.The coupler realizes miniaturization and non-standard phase difference by etching horizontal and vertical bending grooves on the rectangular patch and adding LC matching network at the two ports.Results show that the coupler has good isolation,the phase difference of 45°,and the 1 dB amplitude unbalanced bandwidth of 18%,and bandwidth of 20% for 45°±5°at 4.5 GHz when the capacitance is0.3 pF and the inductance is 0.6 nH.When the inductance changes from 0.2 nH to 1 nH,the phase difference of the output of the coupler ranges from 26°to 57°.The size of the coupler is 8×5.5×0.635 mm3.
