头孢哌酮舒巴坦钠对淋病患者淋球菌改变及不良反应的临床研究

摘　　要：目的分析头孢哌酮舒巴坦钠对淋病患者淋球菌改变及不良反应。方法随机选择2017年1月—2018年7月该院接受的符合研究的64例淋病患者病例象,分组后实施不同的治疗,两组分别用加替沙星联合阿奇霉素以及头孢哌酮舒巴坦钠治疗,对不同药物的不良反应及治疗结果对比分析。结果在该次研究中治疗后对整体结果研究,治疗组的有效人数多于对照组,总有效率分别是75.00%和93.75%,对比后差异有统计学意义(χ^2=6.6,P=0.028),对两组患者的不良反应率情况分析,治疗组和对照组的不良反应率分别是6.25%和21.88%,对比后差异有统计学意义,对治疗后4 d的淋球菌转阴率以及治疗后7 d的淋球菌转阴率分析可知,治疗组数据比例值高于对照组。结论对于淋病患者进行头孢哌酮舒巴坦钠治疗,能对当前症状进行改善,该治疗方案效果突出,不良反应少,患者对该治疗方式的满意率比较高,说明联合治疗方式符合要求,值得实施和推广。Objective To analyze the changes and adverse reactions of cefoperazone sulbactam sodium in gonorrhea in gonorrhea patients.Methods A total of 64 cases of gonorrhea patients in our hospital from January 2017 to July 2018,were randomly selected.Different treatments were performed after grouping.The two groups were treated with gatifloxacin combined with azithromycin and cefoperazone sulbactam sodium,and the adverse reactions and treatment results of different drugs were compared and analyzed.Results In the present study,the overall outcome was more effective in the treatment group than in the control group.The total effective rates were 75.00%and 93.75%,respectively,the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=6.6,P=0.028).The adverse reaction rate of the patients in the group was 6.25%and 21.88%in the treatment group and the control group,respectively.There was a prominent difference after the comparison.The gonococcal rate was changed 4 d after treatment and 7 d after the treatment.The analysis of the negative rate of Neisseria gonorrhoeae showed that the ratio of the data in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group.Conclusion The treatment of cefoperazone sulbactam sodium in patients with gonorrhea can improve the current symptoms.The treatment program has outstanding effects and few adverse reactions.The patient's satisfaction rate with this treatment method is relatively high,indicating that the combined treatment method meets the requirements.It is worth implementing and promoting.
