坦洛新联合热淋清治疗经尿道钬激光前列腺剜除术术后膀胱刺激征的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的评价坦洛新联合热淋清治疗经尿道钬激光前列腺剜除术(HOLEP)术后膀胱刺激征的疗效。方法该院泌尿外科2017年9月—2018年3月70例BPH患者纳入该研究,患者被随机分为试验组和对照组。于术后6、12、24、48和72 h分别记录膀胱刺激症状评分。结果膀胱刺激症状的发生率从77.10%(对照组)下降到65.70%(试验组)(χ^2=1.948);各个观测时间点,前6 h差异无统计学意义(Z=-0.975,P=0.329),自6 h后对照组膀胱刺激症状的严重性均高于试验组(12 h,Z=-2.590,P=0.010;24 h,Z=-2.167,P=0.030;48 h,Z=-2.956,P=0.003;72 h,Z=-2.347,P=0.015)。结论坦洛新联合热淋清可有效改善经尿道钬激光前列腺剜除术后膀胱刺激症状。Objective To evaluate the efficacy of tamsulosin combined with thermal showers in the treatment of bladder irritation after transurethral holmium laser enucleation(HOLEP).MethodsFrom September 2017 to March 2018,70 patients with BPH were enrolled in the study.The patients were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group.Bladder irritation symptom scores were recorded at 6,12,24,48,and 72 h after surgery.Results The incidence of bladder irritation decreased from 77.10%(control group)to 65.7%(test group)(χ^2=1.948);there was no significant difference in the first 6 h at each observation time point(Z=-0.975,P=0.329).The severity of bladder irritation in the control group was higher than that in the experimental group after 6 h(12 h,Z=-2.590,P=0.010;24 h,Z=-2.167,P=0.030;48 h,Z=-2.956,P=0.003;72 h,Z=-2.347,P=0.015).Conclusion Tamsulosin combined with hot shower clearing can effectively improve bladder irritation after transurethral holmium laser ablation.
