超声心动图与外周血管超声诊断肺栓塞症的临床价值分析

摘　　要：目的探讨超声心动图与外周血管超声联合应用于肺栓塞症临床诊断中的价值。方法选择于2018年3月—2019年3月期间该院收治的39例肺栓塞症患者为研究对象,联合应用超声心动图与外周血管超声进行诊断,对诊断结果进行分析。结果超声心动图诊断结果显示,39例患者中,有30例患者存在心动图异常的情况,除此之外,还均存在右心系统形态改变、三尖瓣反流的情况,而其中直接确诊为肺部存在血栓的患者有16例;而下肢静脉超声诊断结果显示,39例患者中有16例存在下肢深静脉血栓的征象,其中有6例被确诊存在肺栓塞症状;除此之外,8例患者为轻度下肢深静脉血栓,2例最终的诊断结果为肺栓塞。结论超声心动图与外周血管超声联合应用于肺栓塞症临床诊断中具有非常显著的价值,可以为患者诊断的准确性提供保障,临床应大力推广使用。Objective To investigate the value of echocardiography combined with peripheral vascular ultrasound in the clinical diagnosis of pulmonary embolism.Methods Thirty-nine patients with pulmonary embolism admitted to the hospital from March 2018 to March 2019 were enrolled in the study.Echocardiography and peripheral vascular ultrasound were used for diagnosis.The diagnosis results were analyzed.Results Echocardiographic diagnosis showed that 30 of 39 patients had abnormal cardiac diagrams.In addition,there were cases of right heart system morphological changes and tricuspid regurgitation,and direct diagnosis was made.There were 16 patients with thrombosis in the lungs;and the lower extremity venous ultrasound diagnosis showed that 16 of 39 patients had signs of deep venous thrombosis of the lower extremities,and 6 of them were diagnosed with pulmonary embolism;8 patients had mild deep venous thrombosis of the lower extremities,and the final diagnosis was pulmonary embolism.Conclusion Echocardiography combined with peripheral vascular ultrasound has a very significant value in the clinical diagnosis of pulmonary embolism,which can guarantee the accuracy of patient diagnosis.It should be promoted and used clinically.
