摘  要:针对苏里格气田低产低效气井井筒积液严重,以及现有同步回转排水采气技术稳产效果不稳定的问题,开展了技术改进与升级,并对其现场试验效果进行系统分析。同步回转排水采气技术是将井口粗分离后的一部分天然气回注至油套环空,其余气液外输至管网,增加气井举升能力的一种新型绿色增产技术。通过一系列改进措施,提高了装置的主机转速,增大了主机容积,处理量由原来的30 m^3/h增至67.5 m^3/h,装置回注气量显著增加。试验结果表明,回注气量越大,气井排液增产实施效果越好,排液效率越高,稳产周期越长。因此,该技术的改进和升级,实现连续气举排液,解决了该技术稳产中的关键问题,为该技术的推广应用提供了技术支持和理论依据。In order to solve the problem of discharge the wellbore fluid and increasing or maintaining production of low-yield and low-efficiency gas wells in Sulige gasfield,synchronous rotary drainage and gas recovery device was used to carry out continuous gas lift process test.Device crudly separate the natural gas from wellhead,part of the gas is injected back into the oil casing annulus,and the rest is transported to the pipe network.The reults show that at the initial stage of the test,the drainage production of gas well is not stable.By improving the rotating speed and increasing the volume of the compress,the capacity of the device is increased from 30 m^3/h to 67.5 m^3/h,so as to realize continous gas lift drainage.The effect of implemention indicates that,the larger injection gas volume,the larger copacity of the device,the better implementation effect of gas well drainage and stimulation,the higer drainage efficiency,and the longer stable production cycle as well.The analysis results provide an effective idea for the continuous optimization and improvement of the synchronous rotary drainage gas production device and process.
