摘 要:目前,国内尚无在线式影像(图像)测量系统相关的标准和校准规范。为了统一技术要求,本文研制符合基于公差带位置判别废品原理的标准器组用以校准测量系统的尺寸精度,同时研究校准方法,解决量值溯源问题。为了实现高效的在线校准,提出一种磁电传感器内嵌式交流伺服技术方案,设计基于一体型伺服的自动化校准装置,解决装置物理尺寸大、在线校准时间长等问题。同时,为保证校准结果可靠性和一致性,研究标准器位置角度偏移自修正补偿算法,解决校准过程中标准器明显角度偏移影响校准结果的问题。At present,there are no standards and calibration specifications for on-line image measurement system in China.In order to unify the technical requirements,this paper develops a set of standard devices which meet the principle of discarding waste products based on tolerance zone position to calibrate the dimensional accuracy of the system,and studies the calibration method to solve the problem of traceability of quantities.In order to achieve efficient on-line calibration,an embedded AC servo technology scheme of magneto electronic sensor is proposed.An automatic calibration scheme based on integrated servo is designed to solve the problems of large physical size and long on-line calibration time of the device.At the same time,in order to ensure the reliability and consistency of the calibration results,the self-correcting compensation algorithm for the position and angle offset of the standard device is studied to solve the problem that the obvious angle offset of the standard device affects the calibration results in the calibration process.
