摘 要:乌江悬索跨越工程为天然气管道过江通道,由于现场地形环境恶劣,空间狭小,吊装施工难度较大、危险系数高,故对吊装施工安全性、可靠性要求较高。基于此提出一种钢主塔吊装技术,并对吊车荷载、索具卡环受力、抗倾覆、地基承载力等进行计算校核。工程实践表明,此项施工技术安全可靠,整个吊装过程顺利完成,该技术对悬索跨越工程钢主塔吊装奠定了基础,为今后同类工程施工提供了一定借鉴经验。The suspension crossing project of Wujiang River is a natural gas pipeline crossing channel,which is affected by the natural factors of Wujiang River..Due to the harsh terrain environment on the site,the space is narrow,the lifting construction is difficult,and the risk factor is high,so the safety and reliability requirements of the lifting construction are high.Based on this,a hoisting technology of steel main tower was put forward,and the load of crane,the force of cable clamp,anti-overturning and the bearing capacity of foundation were calculated and checked.Engineering practice shows that this construction technology is safe and reliable,and the whole lifting process is successfully completed.It not only lays a foundation for the lifting of suspension across the steel main tower of the project,but also accumulates experience for similar projects in the future.
