摘　　要：非专业人员撰写的查新合同普遍存在不规范的现象,不规范的查新合同易导致查新员误检和漏检,严重影响查新报告的质量。为此,提出一种基于科技查新合同潜在信息的检索策略,即查新员利用查新合同中的项目名称、委托单位名称、合作单位名称、负责人姓名、联系人姓名、科学技术要点、委托方提供的文献等潜在的信息精炼出检索策略。Non-professional science and technology novelty retrieval contracts are generally non-standard,and may easily lead to false or missed retrieval,which seriously affect the quality of retrieval reports.To this end,a retrieval strategy based on the potential information of the science and technology novelty retrieval contracts was proposed,that is,the name of the project,the name of the entrusting unit,the name of the cooperating unit,the name of the person in charge,the name of the contact person,the key points of science and technology,potential information such as literature provided by the client refines the retrieval strategy.
