摘  要:针对滚筒法渣处理工艺在生产实践中存在的只适合处理流动性好的钢渣、冷却效率低、时常有红渣排出、设备故障多、运行费用高、处理能力低等问题,通过开发滚筒设备的多点喷淋高效冷却工艺和水冷进料漏斗、研制高效扒渣机和渣罐倾翻机构,有效解决了上述问题。滚筒的处理对象由流动性好的液态渣延伸到高黏渣和固态渣,每罐渣的处理率从40%提高到90%以上,显著提高了滚筒渣处理率。由此形成了由扒渣机、渣罐倾翻装置和滚筒装置组成的三位一体技术。Aiming at various problems encountered in the production practice of BSSF slag treatment process,such as the process is only suitable for treating the slag with good fluidity,the cooling efficiency is low,the red slag is frequently discharged,the equipment has many faults,the running cost is high,and the treatment capacity is low.By developing of a multi-point spraying high-efficiency cooling process and the water-cooling feeding funnel of the slag granulation unit,a high-efficiency slag skimmer and a slag pot tilting machine,the problems above are effectively solved.And the processing object extended from liquid liquid slag to high viscous slag and solid slag.The handling rate of each pot of slag is increased from 40%to more than 90%.Thereby form a trinity technology consisting of BSSF slag granulation unit,slag pot tilting machine and slag skimmer.
