摘　　要：3D打印技术是应用数字模型制造三维立体物体的技术。3D打印技术由最初应用于建筑、制造业逐渐扩展至医学领域应用,如植入物、药物研发、医疗器械、义肢和体外模型。从骨科、颌面部整形到心血管、肝病等领域三维打印的应用都有很大的发展前景。近年来与组织再生工程密切结合,形成了3D生物打印技术,推动医学领域的发展。随着3D打印技术研究不断深入,打印材料不断更新,该项技术在肾脏医学领域也展示出广阔的发展前景。文章主要就3D打印技术在肾脏疾病的临床工作、药物研究、肾脏组织再生等方面研究进展进行概述。Three?dimensional printing is a technology of manufacturing three?dimensional objects by using digital models.The three?dimensional printing technology has been gradually extended from the initial application in construction and manufacturing to the application in medical field,such as researches of implant,drug discovery,medical device,prosthesis and in vitro model.The application of three?dimensional printing has a great prospect in fields ranging from orthopedics,maxillofacial plastic surgery to cardiovascular and hepatic diseases.In recent years,this technology has been closely combined with tissue regeneration engineering to form three?dimensional biological printing technology and further promote the development of medicine.As the research on three?dimensional printing technology continues to deepen and the printing materials are constantly updated,this technology also shows a broad development prospect in the field of kidney medicine.This article mainly summarizes the research progress of three?dimensional printing technology in clinical work,drug research,kidney tissue regeneration of kidney diseases.
