摘 要:为研究氣消毒剂对已漏管材的腐蚀情况,以PVC-U管、PE管、PPR管三种市政供水管材为研究对象,在管网模拟装置中开展静态、动态试验,多角度研究在不同氯消毒剂浓度、不同水力条件作用下,氯消毒剂将如何影响已漏损管材。实验发现氯消毒剂对三种已漏管材都有一定的腐蚀作用,腐蚀程度与消毒剂浓度及浸泡时间有关。随着腐蚀反应的发生,部分管材产生的腐蚀物会附着在漏口周边,减小漏口面积,从时发生了经高浓度消毒剂腐蚀的管材其漏损流量反而下降的现象,使得高浓度消毒剂腐蚀的管道泄漏流量减少。为保护供水管材、减少漏损量、保障供水安全,本文根据实验结果对供水管网管材的选择、氯消毒剂投量、停留时间以及压力控制,提出指导性建议。In order to study the corrosion of chlorine leaking agent on the leaked pipe,this paper takes three kinds of municipal water supply pipes of PVC-U,PH,PPR,as the research object,and carries out static and dynamic experiments 1 in the pipe network simulation device to test how the chlorine disinfectant will affect the leaked pipe under different chlorine disinfectant concentrations and different hydraulic conditions.The experiment found that the chlorine disinfectant has a certain corrosive effect on the three leaked pipes,and is related to the concentration of the disinfectant and the soaking time.With the occurrence of corrosion reaction,the corrosive substances generated by some pipes will adhere to the periphery of the leakage port,reducing the leakage area,so that the leakage flow rate of the pipe corroded by the high concentration disinfectant will be reduced.In order to protect the water supply pipe,reduce the leakage amount and ensure the safety of the water supply,this paper proposes guiding suggestions on the pipeline selection of the water supply network,the chlorine disinfectant dosage,the residence time and the pressure control according to the experimental results.
