摘 要:针对高空模拟试验受现场多种因素影响,常规矢量推力校准方法校准系数偏差过大的问题,建立了一套矢量推力现场校准系统,通过对发动机热辐射、试验管路及线缆固定安装、管路增压、真空环境及环境振动对矢量推力现场校准影响的分析,提出了一种矢量推力的远程自动现场校准方法,并进行了试验验证。结果表明:该校准方法可有效提高矢量推力测量精度,解决了真空试验环境下矢量推力精确校准的问题。Affected by several factors in the test platform,the conventional calibration methods of vector thrust had the problem of large deviation of calibration coefficients.A vector thrust field calibration system was established and the influencing factors such as the radiation heat,the pipe and line binding force,the pressure in the pipe,the vacuum environment variation and the vibration were studied.In the end,a remote automatic field calibration method of vector thrust was proposed and it was verified by experiment.The results showed that the calibration method could effectively reduce the uncertainty of the vector thrust measuring system,and solve the problem of vector thrust measurement under vacuum environment.It can provide guidance for the field calibration in vector thrust measurement.
