摘 要:目的分析CPAP配合固尔苏治疗新生儿肺透明膜病的临床效果。方法方便选择2016年12月-2018年12月在该院接受治疗的新生儿肺透明膜病患儿70例作为研究对象,随机分成对照组和观察组各35例,对照组患儿接受CPAP治疗,观察组患儿同时配合固尔苏治疗,比较两组患儿的疗效,对比治疗前后两组患儿PaCO2、PaO2指标的变化。结果观察组治疗的总有效率为88.6%,对照组治疗的总有效率为65.7%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=6.873,P<0.05)。治疗后1 h,观察组PaCO2为(6.55±0.26)k Pa,对照组为(7.29±0.33)k Pa,差异有统计学意义(t=19.011,P<0.05);治疗后12h,观察组PaCO2为(5.48±0.21)k Pa,对照组为(6.95±0.44)k Pa,差异有统计学意义(t=13.469,P<0.05)。观察组PaO2为(7.34±0.39)k Pa,对照组为(6.09±0.50)k Pa,差异有统计学意义(t=11.662,P<0.05);治疗后12 h,观察组PaO2为(8.19±0.36)k Pa,对照组为(6.77±0.35)k Pa,差异有统计学意义(t=16.731,P<0.05)。结论 CPAP配合固尔苏治疗新生儿肺透明膜病的临床效果显著,改善患儿的肺氧合功能以及调节患儿的血气指标,值得在临床治疗中推广应用。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of CPAP combined with Guersu in the treatment of neonatal hyaline membrane disease. Methods A total of 70 children with neonatal hyaline membrane disease who were treated in the hospital from December 2016 to December 2018 were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 35 cases in each group, and control group received CPAP treatment. The children in the observation group were treated with Guersu at the same time. The curative effect of the two groups was compared. The changes of PaCO2 and PaO2 in the two groups were compared before and after treatment. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 88.6%, and the total effective rate of the control group was 65.7%. The difference was statistically significant(χ~2=6.873, P<0.05). At 1 h after treatment, the PaCO2 of the observation group was(6.55±0.26) k Pa, and that of the control group was(7.29±0.33) k Pa. The difference was statistically significant(t=19.011, P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical effect of CPAP combined with Guersu in the treatment of neonatal hyaline membrane disease is significant. It is worthy of popularization and application in clinical treatment to improve the pulmonary oxygenation function and regulate the blood gas index of children.
