对接受鼻内镜下鼻中隔矫正术的患者进行舒适护理的效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨舒适护理在鼻内镜下鼻中隔矫正术患者中的效果。方法方便选取该院2016年1月-2018年12月进行鼻内镜下鼻中隔矫正术的患者80例作为该次研究对象,将其按照奇偶数随机表法分成观察组和对照组,每组40例。对照组患者接受常规护理,观察组患者开展舒适护理,对比两组患者的手术时间、术后疼痛时间、住院时间和精神心理状态、生活质量。结果观察组患者的手术时间为(61.23±5.23)min、住院时间(5.21±0.45)d、术后疼痛时间(2.62±1.11)d,对照组患者的手术时间(85.36±6.41)min、住院时间(7.89±1.61)d、术后疼痛时间(4.89±1.89)d,对比差异有统计学意义(t=18.447、10.139、8.550,P<0.05);观察组患者的人际关系敏感性、偏执、强迫症状、焦虑、精神病性均低于对照组,对比差异差异有统计学意义(t=8.865、11.932、16.162、15.058、13.063,P<0.05);观察组睡眠、饮食、躯体、社会功能评分均明显优于对照组,对比差异有统计学意义(t=10.065、9.586、8.410、10.962, P<0.05)。结论对鼻内镜下鼻中隔矫正术的患者开展舒适护理,能够明显改善患者的精神状态和生活质量,值得进一步推广应用。Objective To observe the effect of comfortable nursing in patients with nasal septum correction under nasal endoscopy. Methods Eighty patients with nasal endoscopic nasal septum correction from January 2016 to December 2018 in our hospital were convemient selected as the study subjects. They were divided into observation group and control group according to the odd-even number random table method. Patients in the control group received routine care, and the patients in the observation group underwent comfortable nursing. The operation time, postoperative pain time, hospitalization time,mental state and quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results The operation time of the observation group was(61.23±5.23) min, hospitalization time(5.21±0.45) d, postoperative pain time(2.62±1.11) d, operation time of the control group(85.36±6.41) min, hospitalization time(7.89±1.61) d, postoperative pain time(4.89±1.89) d, the difference was statistically significant(t=18.447、10.139、8.550,P <0.05);interpersonal sensitivity, paranoia, obsessive-compulsive symptoms, anxiety psychoticity in the observation group was lower than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(t=8.865、11.932、16.162、15.058、13.063,P<0.05). The sleep, diet, physical and social function scores of the observation group were significantly better than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(t=10.065、9.586、8.410、10.962, P<0.05). Conclusion Comfortable nursing for patients with nasal septum correction under nasal endoscopy can significantly improve the mental state and quality of life of patients, which is worthy of further promotion and application.
