康复护理程序在脑卒中患者偏瘫康复中应用

摘　　要：目的研究康复护理程序在脑卒中患者偏瘫康复中应用的实际价值。方法方便选取2018年9月-2019年4月在该院接受治疗的30例脑卒中患者,根据护理方式差异分为实验组和对照组,对照组(15例)采用常规护理,实验组(15例)给予康复护理程序,比较两组患者的护理效果。结果实验组护理有效率为93.3%,明显高于对照组(60.0%),差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.658,P=0.031 <0.05);经过护理干预以后,实验组神经功能缺损评分和Brunnstrom运动功能评分均明显优于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(t=15.139,8.225,P=0.000,0.000 <0.05)。结论康复护理程序应用在脑卒中患者偏瘫康复中的效果比较显著,能够促进患者肢体功能康复,应该在临床中进行推广。Objective To study the practical value of rehabilitation nursing procedure in hemiplegia rehabilitation of stroke patients. Methods Convenient selected thirty stroke patients who were treated in our hospital from September 2018 to April2019 were divided into experimental group and control group according to the difference of nursing methods. The control group(15 cases) received routine nursing and the experimental group(15 cases). The rehabilitation nursing program was given to compare the nursing effects of the two groups of patients. Results The effective rate of the experimental group was93.3%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group(60.0%). The difference was statistically significant (χ~2=4.658,P =0.031 <0.05). After the nursing intervention, the neurological deficit score of the experimental group and Brunnstrommotor function scores were significantly better than the control group, and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(t=15.139,8.225,P=0.000,0.000 <0.05). Conclusion The application of rehabilitation nursing procedure in hemiplegia rehabilitation of stroke patients is significant, which can promote the recovery of limb function in patients and should be promoted in clinical practice.
