摘　　要：在我国全面实施乡村振兴战略的政策背景下,阐释乡村振兴战略与美丽乡村建设的关系,结合黑龙江省美丽乡村建设实践,分析该省美丽乡村建设进展和主要问题,研究提出有关美丽乡村建设的若干政策建议。Under the background of China's comprehensive implementation of rural revitalization strategy,the relationship between rural revitalization strategy and beautiful rural construction is explained.Combined with the practice of beautiful rural construction in Heilongjiang Province,the progress and main problems of the beautiful rural construction in the province are analyzed.Several policy recommendations.
