基于ANP-模糊综合评价的农村菜鸟驿站服务质量评价分析

摘　　要：随着农村菜鸟驿站的出现,针对农村快递服务“最后一公里”服务评价进行科学评价十分必要。以首占菜鸟驿站服务为研究对象,通过构建菜鸟驿站快递服务质量评价体系,采用ANP-模糊综合评价法对其服务质量进行,为农村菜鸟驿站提升服务质量提供理论借鉴。With the emergence of rural rookie inns,it is necessary to conduct scientific evaluation of the“last mile”service evaluation of rural express delivery services.Taking the Fuzhou Changle Shouzhan rookie inn as the research object,establishing the quality evaluation system of express service of the rookie in,and evaluating express service quality through ANP-fuzzy evaluation method,the result provided a theoretical reference for the rural rookie station to improve the service quality.
