摘　　要：新时代背景下,加强对农业生产的投入,减轻农民负担,是解决“三农”问题的有力条件,本文着重分析新时代下农村财政金融发展面临的问题,论述新时代下农村财政金融体制创新的阻碍,提出新时代下农村财政金融体制创新模式路径。Under the background of the new era,strengthening the input into agricultural production and lightening the burden on farmers are the powerful conditions to solve the problem of"agriculture,rural areas and farmers".
